Experience with HACCP and food safety inspections is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SQF food safety programs

• Conduct vendor performance reviews and inspections

• Participate in audits to ensure compliance

• Develop, update, and maintain quality documents and plans

• Address non-compliance issues promptly with CFIA

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Extensive knowledge of HACCP and SFCR

• HACCP certification is advantageous

• Background in meat and cheese production preferred
