Quality Control Associate

Become a crucial part of our food safety team in Mississauga as a Quality Control Associate. Ensure compliance and uphold high standards for product quality and safety.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for monitoring food safety requirements and quality control processes. Reporting to the FSQA Supervisor, you will conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet necessary regulations. Your hands-on approach will make a significant impact on delivering safe, great-tasting meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements

• Perform inspections on ingredients and finished products

• Lead ingredient sorting efforts with production associates

• Communicate issues to cross-functional teams

• Maintain accurate quality control reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Biological, Chemical or Food Sciences

• 6 months to 1 year QC/QA experience in food industry

• Understanding of food safety regulations

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Strong communication skills in English
