Position: Rexall Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

In this position, you will direct the enterprise-wide automation strategy and oversee the testing process for web, mobile, and API systems. Your contributions will be vital in executing performance testing and ensuring that the automation frameworks align with business growth strategies. Your expertise will guide the transition from manual to automated testing across teams at Rexall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of automated testing frameworks

• Execute and integrate automated testing in CI/CD environments

• Develop and run performance and load tests

• Mentor team members in QA automation techniques

• Document and analyze QA metrics for stakeholder reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 5 years in QA, with a minimum of 3 in automation

• Experience with toolsets like Cypress and Appium

• Knowledge of REST API testing and CI/CD workflows

• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis
