Quality Assurance Lead

Play a crucial role in quality assurance as a QA/QC Lead in Mississauga. Manage compliance standards through site inspections while leading quality control across various projects.

As a QA/QC Lead, you'll report directly to the Quality Director while overseeing multiple building projects. Your expertise in Project Quality Plans and collaboration with teams will ensure the traceability of materials from procurement through to commissioning. With 3–7+ years of construction QA/QC experience, you will guide team compliance and manage documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans

• Coordinate daily quality assurance activities with teams

• Ensure materials traceability throughout project phases

• Conduct site inspections and compliance audits

• Manage deficiencies to resolution swiftly

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or relevant field

• 3–7+ years of QA/QC experience in construction

• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes

• Familiarity with CSA and ISO 9001 standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
