Quality Inspector

Position: Lincoln Electric Quality Inspector Role
Join Lincoln Electric as a Quality Inspector, focusing on both inspection and compliance in Mississauga's manufacturing sector. Drive quality assurance through testing and documentation practices.

In this pivotal role reporting to the QA Manager, you will ensure that all materials, from incoming goods to finished products, comply with defined quality standards. Performing tests and creating detailed quality records will be crucial in this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to meet quality objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on incoming and WIP materials

• Collect and prepare samples for quality testing

• Document nonconformance reports and QA records

• Assist in calibrating testing equipment

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge preferred

• Prior quality inspection experience is a plus
