QA Inspector

Position: QA Inspector at Lincoln Electric
Take charge of quality assurance as a QA Inspector at Lincoln Electric, located in Mississauga. Focus on upholding high-quality standards through detailed inspections and support for production.

Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Inspector will be instrumental in ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet safety and quality specifications. This role involves not only inspections but also maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance throughout production stages. A collaborative mindset is essential to work with various departments toward mutual quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished products throughout all production stages

• Maintain records using SAP systems and manage QA files

• Conduct comprehensive quality tests adhering to protocols

• Communicate effectively about quality issues with the QA Manager

• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience

• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office

• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes

• ASQ certification or similar preferred

• Experience with SAP or related systems is beneficial
