Quality Manager

Position: Getinge Quality Manager
Join Getinge Canada, Ltd as a Quality Manager in Mississauga, overseeing quality compliance with a hybrid work model. Apply your expertise in ISO standards and enhance organizational quality processes.

In this role, you will maintain and implement the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. You will conduct internal audits, manage Quality System records, and represent the company in external audits. Your leadership will foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee Quality Management System processes

• Facilitate internal and external quality audits

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

• Provide training on Quality System practices

• Maintain quality records and KPI reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• At least seven years in quality management in regulated sectors

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management procedures

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Problem-solving and decision-making expertise
