New Home Quality Specialist

Position: New Home Quality Specialist at Mattamy Homes
Shape exceptional homeowner journeys as a New Home Specialist with Mattamy Homes in the GTA Region, Ontario.

Your role will focus on quality inspections and effective homeowner education.

In this full-time position, you will manage pre-delivery inspections and collaborate with teams to meet quality standards. You will also foster relationships by facilitating homeowner documentation and addressing concerns proactively. You will report to the Senior Manager for Warranty Processes & Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance inspections alongside construction teams

• Conduct orientations with new homeowners on home features

• Facilitate documentation for completion certificates

• Collaborate to identify areas for building improvements

• Provide timely and accurate quality reporting

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in construction or warranty services

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access required

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
