Become a Bilingual Software Quality Analyst, responsible for executing quality assurance tests on our software products. Support French-speaking clients in Quebec and English speakers seamlessly.

Your role will involve executing comprehensive tests on software features and defect fixes with minimal supervision. You will assess the quality of releases, document risks, and communicate issues effectively to internal teams. Additionally, your attention to detail will ensure the consistency of translations across diverse software products while fostering relationships with client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assessments on software builds and updates

• Execute application and regression tests on new functionalities

• Document and escalate identified risks clearly

• Write comprehensive reports on software defects

• Support teams in delivering superior product quality

Requirements:

• Fluent in Canadian French and English

• Relevant associate degree or equivalent experience

• Software testing experience preferred
