Food Safety QA Specialist

Position: Food Safety QA Specialist Contract Role
Enhance quality assurance processes as a Food Safety QA Specialist on a contract basis. Conduct audits, drive compliance, and promote food safety within operations.

This is a temporary contract role lasting three months, with the opportunity for future extension. As a QA Specialist, you will work alongside the QA Manager and Supervisor implementing quality systems and championing comprehensive quality improvement. Your focus will be on preventing defects and ensuring safety within food processing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits for quality system compliance

• Collaborate with QA leadership on quality initiatives

• Champion proactive measures against defects

• Maintain food safety standards in production

• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and company policies

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field of study

• Knowledgeable in Food Safety and HACCP practices

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Competent in Microsoft Office tools

• Must work in temperature-controlled environments
