Technical Manager for Quality Oversight

Shape a healthier future with Roche as a Technical Manager specializing in Quality Process Management. This position focuses on executing APQR processes to enhance product quality and manufacturing controls across Roche's network.

The Technical Manager will support the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) process for Roche's commercial products. You will conduct comprehensive reviews, manage quality oversight activities, and collaborate across functions to tackle and resolve product quality issues. Your technical expertise will help monitor and improve product manufacturing processes throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute APQR processes and compile associated reports

• Conduct annual single-site and E2E reviews as per requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues

• Maintain Global APQR systems and ongoing projects

• Ensure compliance and quality in team deliverables

Requirements:

• B.A., B.S. or higher in Life Science required

• 3-5 years of cGMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical experience

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively

• Technical expertise in drug manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with enterprise databases and analytics tools
