This 4-month co-op position offers aspiring professionals in health and safety the opportunity to work directly with Pepsi Co's Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (GEHSMS). You will support incidents investigations, perform risk assessments, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation while building strong partnerships within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in GEHSMS implementation and sustainment

• Conduct root cause analyses for EHS incidents

• Support EHS Risk Assessments and control actions

• Analyze and communicate incident trend reports

• Facilitate EHS Training plan execution

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in health and safety

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to analyze and solve problems

• Familiar with EHS legislation and OSHA regulations
