We are in search of a seasoned AI/ML & Digital Quality Lead to spearhead quality assurance in Roche's cutting-edge solutions. This role emphasizes your expertise in the pharma data ecosystem and mandates collaboration with diverse teams to ensure the success of AI/ML systems. Your contributions will help redefine the standards of quality and compliance in the pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the governance and validation for AI/ML solutions

• Integrate algorithms across various business applications

• Write and approve validation-related documentation

• Address quality and security risks throughout AI/ML lifecycle

• Mentor colleagues in agile quality validation processes

Requirements:

• BS/MS degree and 5-7 years’ relevant experience

• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML system implementation

• Familiarity with FDA/EMA and GAMP frameworks

• Proficiency in programming languages and cloud technologies

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork
