Field- HSE Advisor

Position: Field-based HSE Advisor at Dexterra Group
Make a difference in health and safety as a Field-based HSE Advisor with Dexterra Group. This role boasts a hybrid work model, combining field engagements with strategic oversight of safety protocols.

As an integral part of the Remote and Hospitality Services division, you will support multiple locations in Eastern Canada. You'll facilitate safety management systems, conduct thorough site visits, and engage in incident investigations. Your proactive approach will ensure compliance and enhance safety performance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a field representative conducting safety audits

• Lead site incident investigations and reporting efforts

• Support development of corrective actions from safety incidents

• Communicate compliance requirements to all team members

• Engage in continuous improvement of HSE processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a safety-focused role

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• A valid driver's licence for travel

• Strong English communication skills

• Knowledge of Canadian safety regulations
