Manager of Quality Process Management

Position: Manager of Quality Process Management at Roche
Elevate healthcare standards with Roche as a Manager in Quality Process Management. Oversee the Annual Product Quality Review process to ensure top-tier quality across Roche's product lifecycle.

In this role, you'll lead the technical management of the APQR process for Roche's commercial products. Focusing on annual reviews, you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify quality concerns and implement effective solutions. Your analytical skills and leadership abilities will contribute significantly to the manufacturing quality and compliance of Roche’s products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough annual single-site and E2E reviews

• Compile, visualize, and present APQR reports to stakeholders

• Work with teams to resolve identified product quality issues

• Develop and manage Global APQR administrative activities

• Ensure timely completion of cross-functional deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP environment

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams

• Expertise in drug substance and product manufacturing

• Experience with business metrics reporting and analytics
