AtkinsRéalis is seeking a QA Specialist to support its nuclear engineering services. In this role, you'll prepare project-specific QA plans, review management documents, and document new processes. Your expertise in nuclear-related audits and QA standards will be vital in maintaining quality management systems to achieve project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare QA plans aligning with project and contract requirements
• Review engineering documents for QA requirements
• Conduct audits and root cause analysis
• Maintain regular QA performance reporting
• Coach team members on QA procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required
• Minimum 5 years in quality management systems
• Experience in nuclear audits and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with CSA and ASME QA standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
