TRP is seeking a skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control processes in the construction of transit infrastructure. This role emphasizes collaboration with project management and engineering teams to uphold quality standards. You'll manage the quality control staff while being instrumental in the implementation of inspection and test plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Inspection and Test Plans
• Supervise and mentor Construction Quality Control Staff
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain laboratory accreditations according to project standards
• Conduct External Quality Audits on subcontractors
Requirements:
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
• Experience in rail and transit projects
• Knowledge of CAIS and Ontario Provincial Standards
• Strong understanding of construction methods
• Proficiency in quality auditing and documentation
