In this role, you will spearhead Lakeside's quality programs by conducting detailed quality audits and integrating continuous improvements. With a solid background of 7 to 10 years in quality assurance, you will work closely with business leaders while using enterprise tools to optimize operational processes. This is key in maintaining regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality audits and support re-accreditation efforts
• Analyze and report quality data to stakeholders
• Identify training needs and develop quality materials
• Coordinate supplier qualification and audits
• Map processes and lead change management initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Quality Management or similar
• 7-10+ years in quality roles with assurance experience
• Knowledge of ISO standards considered an asset
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Initiative to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
