This pivotal role calls for a professional with a minimum of 7 years in regulated environments and a strong background in GMP auditing. You will manage audits, lead inspection readiness programs, and coach cross-functional teams to foster compliance excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and report on GMP and GSDP audits across sites

• Identify audit risks and develop strategic mitigation strategies

• Support ongoing regulatory compliance and inspection preparedness

• Communicate regulatory trends to strengthen site practices

• Mentor colleagues in a culture of accountability and improvement

Requirements:

• 7+ years in regulated settings (medical device or pharmaceuticals)

• 5 years focused on GMP auditing and inspection management

• BA/BSc in a relevant scientific field

• Thorough knowledge of cGMP and GSDP regulations

• Readiness for domestic and international travel
