The Specialist, Food Safety & Commercialization is responsible for supporting the development, commercialization, and continuous improvement of frozen food products for the brand, while ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The role works cross‑functionally with suppliers, quality assurance, marketing, sourcing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver innovative, safe, and high‑quality products that meet consumer expectations and support business growth.

• Support the development of new frozen food products from concept through commercialization.
• Lead product reformulations, line extensions, packaging updates, and quality improvements.
• Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf‑life assessments, and product testing.
• Partner with Marketing and Category Management to identify emerging food trends and innovation opportunities.
• Develop product specifications and manufacturing requirements.

• Support product recalls, traceability exercises, and corrective action programs.

• Collaborate with domestic and international manufacturers to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
• Monitor supplier compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor qualification and onboarding processes.

• Manage timelines and cross‑functional project teams for new product launches.
• Coordinate pilot runs, plant trials, and first production approvals.
