As part of the M&M Food Market team, you will be integral to the development and commercialization of new frozen food products. Key responsibilities include conducting sensory evaluations, leading product reformulations, and ensuring compliance with CFIA and Health Canada regulations. You will work cross-functionally with suppliers, marketing, and operations to support innovation and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support new frozen food product development
• Lead reformulations, packaging updates, and quality enhancements
• Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Oversee supplier audits and performance reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
• 2–5 years of food product development experience
• Knowledge of HACCP and CFIA regulations
• Experience with frozen foods or CPG environments
• Strong analytical and project management skills
