Apply analytical and microbiological skills at Mother Parkers, ensuring finished goods and incoming materials meet established quality standards and specifications.
As a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will evaluate products, materials, and production runs against documented requirements. The work includes product analysis, GMP inspections, testing equipment calibration, and accurate documentation. You will also support food safety, quality, regulatory, and customer audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate finished goods against quality standards and specifications
- Collect and assess incoming materials for compliance
- Complete quality checks during production and qualification runs
- Coordinate testing equipment calibration and maintenance
- Conduct microbiological programs and GMP inspections
- Analytical and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Product analysis experience including oxygen, moisture, color, density, and grind
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics AX proficiency
- Availability for flexible hours, overtime, and periodic weekends
