Protect food quality at Wonderbrands with HACCP awareness, sanitation verification, and precise compliance documentation in bakery manufacturing.
As a Quality Continuous Improvement Technician, you will help maintain product quality and regulatory compliance across Wonderbrands bakeries. Responsibilities include routine inspections, environmental monitoring, swab testing, allergen control, packaging verification, and accurate records. You will support the Bakery Quality Manager, audits, and quality programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify sanitation procedures and hygienic production conditions
- Conduct environmental monitoring and swab testing
- Enforce allergen control and cross-contamination prevention measures
- Verify labeling, coding, packaging, and allergen declarations
- Assist with internal, third-party, and regulatory audit preparation
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- Two-plus years in food manufacturing quality assurance or improvement
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles preferred
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with quality software or analytics tools is a plus
