Quality systems expertise defines this Documentation Specialist opportunity with Grifols, based in Winnipeg and focused on controlled records and compliance.
The role provides QA support for GMP documentation processing, filing, tracking, and archiving. Reporting to the Quality Management System Manager, you will maintain the document control system and QA operations files. Your work supports accuracy, integrity, availability, and legibility across controlled documentation affecting plasma operations and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain controlled documents, templates, and tracking databases
- Ensure documents remain current through regular review controls
- Track and coordinate document changes for approval
- Support document control implementation across plasma supply chain areas
- Perform assigned duties for the Quality System Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related sciences
- Two years’ minimum blood, plasma, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Ability to follow, explain, and enforce SOPs
- Experience in change and deviation management preferred
- Strong integrity and commitment to quality and compliance
