Leading a hybrid team, you will work on enhancing the research pipeline in key disciplines like nematology and weed science, impacting both lab and field projects. This position requires strategic collaboration with various teams, ensuring excellence in research that supports Vive's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct strategic R&D initiatives and field trials

• Manage and mentor a hybrid team across Canada

• Implement and optimize new research methodologies

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Liaise with external partners for successful research outcomes

Requirements:

• 12 years in a relevant agricultural or biological field

• MSc or PhD in Crop Science, Pathology, or related fields

• Established leadership capabilities in complex organizations

• Strong data analysis and experimental design skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
