Cerelia Bakery Canada LP is seeking an experienced R&D Product Manager to join our Mississauga Innovation Centre. You will leverage food science, ingredients knowledge, and consumer insights to develop new bakery products and formulas, driving scale-up from lab prototypes to full commercialization.
You will conduct shelf life, sensory, and quality testing, preparing production specs and final recipes for P&L and trials, while collaborating with sales, QA, and production teams.
