Senior Biostatistician Clinical Studies

At Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, this Senior Biostatistician supports standard study design, conduct, analysis, and reporting under experienced statistical guidance. The work spans preclinical studies, clinical study reports, Global Medical Affairs studies, publications, and regulatory submissions. You will also contribute to methodology, best practices, and practical statistical solutions.

• Provide statistical support for standard study design and interpretation
• Develop Statistical Analysis Plans for studies and projects
• Produce analyses, graphics, and analysis tables
• Interpret, summarize, and communicate standard study results
• Support statistical validation and regulatory submissions

• One or more years with an MSc or PhD
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or recognized equivalent
• Programming knowledge, preferably SAS or R
• Communication, time management, and self-awareness skills
• Flexible, organized, and able to work under pressure
