The Store Lead is a store manager role. Their job at its core is to ensure that the store delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Store Leads primary responsibility is thus ensuring that the Domino’s Product, Service and Image standards are upheld and exceeded at all times.

• Lead, Manage & Hold the Team Accountable
• Ensure Team Wide Excellence in Product, Service & Image
• Manage In-Week Shift Changes & Cancellations
• Maintaining Adequate Levels of Inventory, Cleaning and Office Supplies.
• Confirming Accurate Completion of Daily Paperwork
• Promptly Handling Customer Concerns Within 48 Hours
• Adhering to the Policies and Standards of Domino’s Pizza Canada

A large part of the role will be running or co-running shifts in the pizza store. This will involve making pizzas, serving customers, completing shift prep, doing paperwork and leading the team. The constant goal will include helping the team to ensure that the day-to-day operations are handled flawlessly and customers receive exceptional product and service. To successfully do this, the Store Lead will be a leader on the team, assist by being on-call at certain times, picking up shortages of food, etc.

Prior experience is a requirement.

• Base Salary starting at $39,000/yr
