- Maintain compliance with age verification and sales laws

- Handle customer inquiries and service escalations
- Minimum 2–3 years in alcohol retail management
- Required Smart Serve Certification
- Familiarity with LCBO policies and AGCO regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Adaptable availability for varying shifts
