What You will be doing
  • Management Support – support the Store Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations, coaching, and developing team members to positively impact growth and create best‑in‑class customer experiences.
  • Customer Engagement – enhance the retail experience by providing best‑in‑class service and value‑added solutions to customers through promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
  • Sales Delivery – achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Brand Representative – represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events to support local small businesses.
Your Qualifications
  • Ability to build rapport and coach team members to create best‑in‑class customer experiences and meet business sales targets through clear and effective verbal communication.
  • Strong commitment to delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences.
  • Experience with retail operations, including scheduling, merchandising execution, inventory adherence to compliance standards, and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Availability of 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
