Pet Smart is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the Retail Sales Associate position. The role involves direct engagement with pet parents, processing sales, and caring for various store pets. You'll maintain cleanliness, handle product staging, and support online order pickups smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to pet parents in the store

• Assist with online order fulfillment for pickups

• Care for small animals and maintain habitats

• Support price changes and promotional setups

• Ensure a safe environment for pets and customers

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

• Previous experience with animals preferred
