Retail Store Manager Square One Shopping Centre

Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.

• 3+ years of store management experience.
• Passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and the retail industry.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constant movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Location:

Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake, ON, CAN. Full‑time and Part‑time positions available.

Compensation: $61,600.00 – $ annually, based on experience and qualifications.
