Service Coordinator – Mississauga (Prevost, Volvo Group Canada Inc.)
Responsibilities- Provide and maintain repair schedules for major and minor accounts, setting up work for all shifts to maximize productivity.
- Gather information for present and scheduled jobs to procure necessary parts and materials, perform vehicle walk‑arounds with customers, prepare estimates, and follow up.
- Document service schedules for customer vehicles and follow up on future appointments.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, delays, and changes to estimates while building relationships.
- Prepare, process, and ensure the accuracy of all repair and warranty work orders and warranty coding.
- Maintain a constant flow of work into the service department and fill empty time periods.
- Work under ISO operational procedures and maintain branch service records.
- Seek opportunities to increase service sales.
- Permanent position.
- Salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Minimum of 5 weeks vacation.

- High school degree or equivalent and either 1 year in the automotive/heavy duty industry or 2 years of on‑the‑job related experience.
- Ability to estimate mechanical repairs.
- Strong computer knowledge:
Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of SAP software (asset).
- Background in service and parts.
