Commercial Associate

Position: Commercial Associate at Sherwin-Williams
Drive customer satisfaction as a Commercial Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams in Mississauga, Ontario. This role emphasizes exceptional service and product expertise.

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations at Store #8702. Engage with clients in person and by phone while maintaining high quality and visual standards in the store. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring precise inventory management and effective communication of product options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent sales service

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products

• Tint and mix paint to customer specifications

• Maintain shelves and set up product displays

• Suggest improvements to increase sales effectiveness

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Capability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally

• Experience in retail, delivery, or customer service

• Valid Driver’s License is a plus

• High School diploma or CAEC is preferred
