Territory Merchandiser

Position: Full-Time Territory Merchandiser
Join MCA as a Full-Time Territory Merchandiser in Mississauga, ON, expertly managing retail execution across the West GTA. Elevate brand presence through effective merchandising and relationship building.

This role is full-time and temporary for one year. As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your experience in retail sales and merchandising to enhance product visibility and drive store compliance. Your responsibilities will include managing daily store visits and gathering essential data to inform sales strategies and product placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to various retail stores within assigned territory

• Build rapport with store managers and staff

• Ensure products are stocked and displayed correctly

• Execute sales strategies for display and inventory

• Track competitor activity and compliance using mobile tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
Bachelor's degree preferred

• 1–3 years of retail sales or merchandising experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Proficient in using smartphones and CRM tools
