What You'll DoAs a key member of the team, you will help ensure customer orders, retail operations, client experiences, and internal workflows run smoothly from start to finish.
- Coordinating customer orders and ensuring successful fulfillment
- Supporting customer communication with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
- Ensuring deliverables are complete, polished, and ready for execution
- Supporting daily retail operations and customer experience initiatives
- Helping manage inventory accuracy and operational readiness
- Organizing systems, records, and operational processes
- Supporting scheduling, logistics, and workflow management
- Assisting with merchandising, presentation, and maintaining a polished retail environment
- Maintaining an organized, professional, and inspiring workspace
- Assisting leadership with special projects and growth initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, systems, and the overall customer experience
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the organization

This is a full-time position, typically working during regular business hours. Some flexibility may be required during peak periods, special events, and key business initiatives. Occasional weekend availability may be required based on the nature of the business.
Compensation$24-26 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
