Join Pet Smart as a Retail Customer Service Supervisor and lead the way in delivering outstanding service to pet parents. This pivotal role focuses on associate engagement and customer experience initiatives. As the Experience Lead, you will guide your team to achieve sales and service targets while creating an inviting environment for shoppers.
Your management will play a vital role in pet adoptions and coordinating store events, all while fostering team spirit and associate development.
Key Responsibilities Train, mentor, and evaluate associate performance
Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service
Collaborate on marketing and event promotion for pets
Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets and customers
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Requirements Minimum two years of experience in retail customer service
Leadership experience is advantageous
Full-time availability with flexibility required
Proficient in computer and communication skills
Capable of lifting heavy objects and working with animals
Help create a warm and responsible setting for pets and their parents at Pet Smart.
