As the Operations Lead, you will oversee critical aspects of store operations, including inventory management and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and ensure all processes adhere to standards
• Manage shipping, receiving, and returns effectively
• Develop and maintain merchandising standards in the store
• Oversee cleaning crews and ensure store cleanliness
• Participate in operational performance feedback and coaching
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in store operations or management
• Proven ability to motivate and influence team members
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• In-depth understanding of retail operational processes
• Effective communication skills for team interactions
