SALLY ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – CANADA

Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager
Support the Store Manager in all areas and handle primary duties in their absence.
Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure each customer receives a memorable experience.
Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
Ensure safety and security by enforcing company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and inviting store appearance.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
Minimum age 18.
Passion for hair and beauty.
Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.

Physical Requirements
The position requires physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally expose you to irritant chemicals.
