Your role as Store Manager will center around managing store operations while focusing on guest satisfaction and brand representation. Use your expertise to coach and cultivate a high-performing team that excels in providing exceptional service. You will also be responsible for meeting KPI targets and ensuring adherence to the LEGO® service model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction results
• Ensure effective execution of the LEGO® service model
• Recruit, train, and motivate your team
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards
• Collaborate effectively within your team for success
Requirements:
• Retail management experience required
• Familiarity with financial systems and POS
• Skills in conflict resolution and team management
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
