You will own category strategies from concept through clearance, translate technical product details into customer-facing narratives, define pricing architecture, and use data-driven insights to guide assortment, quantity, and lifecycle decisions.
With a strong pulse on fashion and market trends, you will influence style, fit, colour, and fabric direction to build, monitor, and champion the menswear assortment.

Help develop menswear-specific category strategies that align with the merchandise framework and financials through the use and review of multiple data sources.
Clearly and proactively communicate strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate planning and execution.
Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to assess current assortment sales and sell-through rates, predict future needs, and make recommendations to divest from underperforming styles.
