Store Associate (Part-Time)

This role supports daily store operations, providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Accurately record customer transactions using the electronic cash register, mainline, and self-checkout systems
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area
• Follow up on hot-selling items and perform markdowns and SKU changes as needed
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards
• Perform cycle counts as required
• Ensure compliance with policies for Tobacco and Lottery sales
• Follow health and safety policies and guidelines
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized
• Follow loss prevention best practices

Typical full‑time: 35–40 hours weekly, day shifts with two evenings per week and alternating weekends. Typical part‑time: up to 24 hours weekly, days, evenings, and weekends.

Stand and/or walk; bend, twist, and squat; lift up to 18kg (40lb); perform tasks requiring firm grasping and repetitive hand motions; reach above shoulder height and below waist level; operate equipment including ladders.

• Hourly rate: $17.60
• Annual bonus: Store Bonus Plan, 3%
