Your responsibilities include assisting in various store zones while managing customer needs and feedback. Your integrity and team spirit will shine as you promote the AEO loyalty program and adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage every guest with the AEO Selling Model

• Educate customers on Aerie and AE product details

• Introduce AEO loyalty programs to enhance customer experience

• Flexibly assist in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and more

• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies

Requirements:

• Passion for interacting with customers and products

• Retail experience preferred

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

• High energy to thrive in fast-paced settings

• Must be at least 16 years old
