Lead Spirit Halloween’s store as a Retail Store Manager. Be accountable for driving sales, maintaining operations, and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

In this pivotal role, you’ll manage store operations including staffing, inventory control, and merchandising. A strong background in retail management is essential, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs. You will also be involved in the seasonal setup and teardown of the store.

• Control shrink and improve inventory management

• Oversee staffing and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older to apply

• Proven experience in retail management

• Need for a flexible work schedule
