Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic Part-Time Sales Associate looking to gain valuable experience in a retail environment. In this role, you will be the face of our store, helping clients find the perfect personal care products or guiding them through our household appliance repair drop-off services.

Additionally, you will help us grow our digital presence! We are looking for someone with social media skills in content development to help showcase our unique products and repair services online. While retail experience is preferred, full training will be provided to the right motivated individual.

• Customer Engagement:
  Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide clear product recommendations across our grooming, styling, and appliance lines
• Social Media Content:
  Develop and create engaging content for our social media channels to highlight new products, styling tools, and expert repair services.
• Running Promotions:
  Actively design, schedule, and run store promotions and limited-time deals through interactive daily social media stories.
• Service Support:
  Guide customers through the check-in process for appliance repairs and professional sharpening services.
• Sales & Checkout:
  Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions, returns, and warranties accurately.
• Merchandising:
  Maintain visual standards by restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and keeping the sales floor clean and welcoming.

• Energy & Enthusiasm:
  An energetic attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a retail environment.
• Social Media & Platform Usage:
  Active everyday user of modern social media platforms, with a solid understanding of how to engage local audiences.
• Story Promotions:
  Skilled at creating eye-catching, short-form photos and video clips specifically tailored for driving traffic through social media stories.
• Experience:
  
  Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Training:
  Open to learning—comprehensive training will be provided for all product knowledge, point-of-sale systems, and service intakes.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, open attitude.
• Availability:
  Must be available to work flexible shifts, including peak hours on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
