Position: Store Loss Prevention Lead Role
Become a pivotal figure at Sport Chek as a Store Loss Prevention Lead, ensuring the safety of customers and assets.

Your role focuses on proactive measures and customer acknowledgment in a busy retail setting.

This position involves leading loss prevention initiatives to minimize both internal and external theft. As the primary LP presence, you will monitor sales floor activities, coach employees on best practices, and ensure product security by adhering to tagging standards. Collaborating with management, you’ll document incidents and share strategies with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager to enhance store protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide associates on loss prevention approaches

• Keep an active presence during peak hours

• Ensure adherence to product security protocols

• Log and report incidents thoroughly

• Foster a culture of customer service on the floor

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail or LP experience

• 12+ months as Loss Prevention Officer preferred

• High School diploma required

• Ability to lift containers (up to 50lbs)

• Completion of CPR and First Aid training during employment
