Elevate the vending experience with POP MART as a Vending Machine Operations Associate. Focus on performance management and elevate customer satisfaction at the Robo Shop.
This position involves managing day-to-day operations of vending machines while ensuring timely product restocking and efficient handling of customer complaints. You’ll assist with inventory control and participate in sales activities around NYC as needed, making a direct impact on store success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the performance and operation of Robo Shop
• Restock vending products and manage customer feedback
• Assist with warehouse inventory management
• Follow up on leasing contracts with the development manager
• Provide support in store sales within NYC when necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least six months in a retail setting
• Strong communication and urgency skills
• Driver’s license and vehicle beneficial
• Flexible hours required including weekends
Help improve vending services and customer interactions as a vital part of POP MART's operations.
