DESCRIPTION
The Operations Specialist will assist and assume accountability for the operational effectiveness of in-store executions for our clients
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end data collection activities, maintaining high-quality reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to maintain data integrity and deliver accurate insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES Data Collection & Questionnaire Management- Set up and manage online data collection questionnaires, including scheduling for in-store representatives.
- Oversee and implement all questionnaire updates in collaboration with the Client Service Team (CST) to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits; identify and correct data issues to uphold accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and update the Excel Master Database, including store and product lists, to support reliable reporting outcomes.
- Produce and manage weekly and monthly Excel reports for internal teams and clients.
- Proactively identify data discrepancies, communicate findings to program leaders, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with CST and Shared Services teams to support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth program operations and continuous improvement.
- Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, balancing customer satisfaction with data quality requirements.
- Develop, document, and share best practices, including templates, analytical approaches, and reporting methodologies.
- Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Valid work permit for a minimum of one year from the employment start date (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; candidates must complete a live Excel skills assessment.
- Previous experience in a retail or merchandising environment is considered an asset.
- Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day).
- Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods.
- Lift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds).
- Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials.
- Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work.
- Follow clear directions.
- Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day.
