Key Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with customers while on the sales floor

• Provide authentic technical product knowledge to enhance guest experience

• Oversee inventory management and restocking processes

• Build community relations and share brand initiatives

• Maintain a flexible approach to shifting priorities

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience maintaining health and safety guidelines

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
