Michaels is actively seeking a dedicated Seasonal Associate to provide excellent customer service and support in-store tasks. This position involves helping customers find products, managing fast checkout experiences, and executing stock and recovery duties.

Your role will also include participating in the rewards program and assisting with Omni-channel processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating desired products

• Facilitate a quick and friendly checkout process

• Engage customers with loyalty programs

• Participate in unloading and stocking merchandise

• Maintain excellent store presentation and organization

Requirements:

• Previous retail or service experience is a plus

• Must be able to lift and move products

• Strong communication skills with a positive demeanor

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

• Must be at least 16 years of age
